       A graduate of Longwood University in 1993 with a BS in Finance and Management Jason began his mortgage career with Household Finance Corp in 1994. During 2 years of service Jason learned both the conforming and non-conforming market. Jason left Household to become a retail manager for Parkway Mortgage Corporation. During his time at Parkway, Jason learned the intricacies of the business and decided to open up a company that could work off of smaller margins by having a lower overhead. In 1999, Jason and Paul Valkavich opened Commerce Capital Inc. with the dedication to providing their customers with the best service in the industry. The company is growing every year with the belief that this is a reflection of the service provided to their customers. Referrals are the companies greatest source of business and it is understood that the only way to achieve this is by providing extraordinary personal service. An extension of this service is the invitation by both principals to call or e-mail them personally with any questions or concerns.

      Robert C. Neal attended Dowling College beginning in the fall of 1991, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Finance. He graduated in 1994. During his junior year he began a position at Norwest Financial where he continued on to become a credit analyst until 1996. While at Norwest Financial he honed his skills evaluating credit reports, loan applications and many other aspects of the mortgage business. In the summer of 1996 Bobby started a position at Parkway Mortgage Inc. as a loan officer. In 1997 he achieved the top salesman for the year. Bobby spent his time at Parkway Mortgage developing a unique rapport with customers and a strong ability to assist people with their financial needs. In 1998 Parkway Mortgage was taken over and Bobby Neal was recruited by Jason Casano and Paul Valkavich, his former supervisors to become a part of the newly formed Commerce Capital team. Bobby remains a senior loan officer with Commerce Capital Inc. today and continues to use the skills developed over the past decade in the business. His dedication and knowledge in his field is apparent to the many people he has helped achieve their financial goals.

       Peter L. Biscardi graduated from Dowling College in December of 1995. He graduated with a major in Marketing and a minor in Communications. Shortly after he became a Licensed Series 7 representative and began working as an investment banker for Prudential Financial. Peter remained with Prudential until 1999 when he then obtained a position with Household Finance as a loan officer. Working for the large company gave Peter wide experience within the mortgage industry. Using his knowledge from both industries he was able to develop a unique approach in directing clients to the best mortgage option available for them. In 2000 Peter decided to look for a company that would offer a more personal approach to the mortgage industry. He began a position as a loan officer with Commerce Capital, where he continues as a Senior Loan Officer presently. His wide experience with personal finance and originating mortgages are a valuable asset to the people he has the opportunity to advise through his position with Commerce Capital.

      Michael Cunningham is a loan officer specializing in residential lending. A graduate of Marist College with a BA in History and an ABA Certificate in Paralegal Studies, Michael brings experience on both sides of mortgages having previously worked for Cullen & Dykman LLP, one of Long Island's largest Real Estate Law Firms. Michael left Cullen & Dykman LLP to pursue the opposite side of the mortgage business. Michael has extensive experience with all loans, including but not limited to purchases, refinances, and home-equity loans. With experience on both the legal aspects and the banking aspects of the real estate business, Michael is an asset to Commerce Capital Inc, and to his customers.

      Christopher Picone graduated St. Joseph's College in March of 2000 with a BA in Business Administration. Starting in his sophmore year he worked part time for Parkway Mortgage as a telemarketer for two and a half years. He then got promoted to assistant night manager for his last half year of school. Upon graduation Chris was recruited by Commerce Capital, Inc. to work full time as a loan officer. He specializes in, but is not limited to-cash-out refinances, purchases, home-equity loans, and debt consolidations. To this day Chris still proves to be a valuable asset to Commerce Capital, Inc.
